will GIVE MEDAL and FAN (:

@some_someone

OpenStudy (anonymous):

V= 1/3 Bh is formula?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do u find radius?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

10 is the diameter isnt it? so if it is, radius is half of the radius, hence 5.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so 5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@some_someone

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ryan123345 @jim_thompson5910 @ingenuus

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So i got 78.5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah radius = 5 height 36 plug into the formula.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2, 826 ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[v=\frac{ 1 }{ 3 }\pi (5)^2 (36)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay i got 2, 826 ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not quite try again. i got 942.47

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I did 3.14 * 25 * 36 and got that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@dumbseach2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

u forgot * 1/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do I calculate the 1/3 in that??*(:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i gave u the formula, and i plugged the values so u could solve :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's what im asking

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah multiply by 1/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 2, 826 x 3? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no by 1/3 lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do I do THat? (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

u could punch it into a calculator :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I wish I could but mine dosent have that sign thing :( lol!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah push 1 then the division sign then 3

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Notice that all the answers have pi in them. Multiply all numbers together except for pi. V = (1/3)(pi)r^2h V = (1/3)(pi)(5^5)(36) V = [(1/3)(25)(36)](pi) Just calculate what is in the brackets and leave pi as pi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

300 ??

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Yes, so answer is 300pi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or approximately 9.42.47
