ten to the negative seventh & ten raised to the zero point five power those are the other two
@emily2013 Our non-academic source Wikipedia, states the following: In mathematics, a power of ten is any of the ** integer** powers of the number ten. I don't know your level of study or how a power of ten has been defined in your text. Option ten raised to the zero point five power would be 10 ^(.5). .5 is not an integer. Wiki would choose that option as the "not a power of ten."
Do read Dr. Ian's words about the definition of a power of ten. --------- But in the end, it's not really a precise term, and you can be correct but still be misunderstood by others. After all, the square root of 10 is 10^(1/2). So can we call that a "power of 10"? Normally we'd call it a "rational power." So instead of just using "powers of 10," it would probably be a good idea to always use one of the following: non-negative integer powers of 10: 10^0, 10^1, 10^2, ... integer powers of 10: 10^0, 10^(+/-1), 10^(+/-2), ... rational powers of 10: 10^(a/b), where a and b are integers http://mathforum.org/library/drmath/view/66542.html
This question should have been phrased as follows: "Which of the following is not an integral power of 10?"
