Geometry 8 Online
OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

Could someone please help me with this Geometry? I need someone to check my answers and help me solve some questions. Thank you! ^_^

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

@jim_thompson5910 You really helped last time :D Would you mind helping me again if you're not busy?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Which ones do you need help with?

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

Sorry about that, I got kicked out :/ @Mertsj I need help with any one of the questions that don't have an answer highlighted in yellow. Any of the ones that do I need them to be checked. :)

OpenStudy (mertsj):

So number 2. It is an isosceles triangle. Do you know what an isosceles triangle is?

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

Yes, a isosceles triangle is a triangle that has two equal sides and two equal angels.

OpenStudy (mertsj):

That is very good. So what is the sum of all the angles of a triangle?

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

The sum of all the angles of a triangle is 180 degrees.

OpenStudy (mertsj):

So why can't you get number 2?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Angle B is 35, angle C is 35 so you should be able to find angle A

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

Ohh, I'm sorry, I forgot to do that one, I do know how to do that one sorry! D:

OpenStudy (mertsj):

So # 3. There is a theorem that says that the exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the two remote interior angles. Do you know what that means? Do you know what an exterior angle of a triangle is?

OpenStudy (mertsj):

So do you need help or not?

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

I do I'm sorry, my computer keeps freezing.

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

I don't really understand that theorem. @Mertsj

OpenStudy (phi):

which question ?

OpenStudy (lifeisadangerousgame):

I need all of the questions checked that have answers checked and then all of the questions that don't have yellow highlights I need help figuring out

OpenStudy (phi):

Your yellow answers (btw use blue next time, I could not read yellow) are correct for question 3, you should think "If I know 2 angles of the triangle, I can figure out the 3rd" use the idea that a straight line is 180ª to find that 2nd angle. Can you do that ?

OpenStudy (phi):

If that is too cryptic, I am saying that angle 4 plus angle 2 add up to 180 degrees

OpenStudy (phi):

for question 6 remember this: |dw:1362333669480:dw|
