If it the question from basic algebra till high school maths , there must be a printing error . The last term should be -4 instead of +4. If it is that it can be solve as z-2 will be one of the factor of the polynomial on LHS. If it is the question for higher maths, then differentiate both sides wrt x twice. u will get two imaginary roots as -3\[\pm \sqrt{21\div6}\]
