Can someone explain why -1 1/5 is a rational number but not an integer

Directrix (directrix):

An integer is a member of the set {... -3, -2, -1, 0 , 1, 2, 3, ...}. A rational number is a number of the form a/b where a and b are integers and b is not 0.

Directrix (directrix):

-1 1/5 = -6/5 which is the ratio of two integers which means that -6/5 is a rational number by definition.
