George rolls two dice, each numbered 1 through 6. What are the possible sums that could result from rolling the dice?

2 through 12, with a higher chance of 7 since there are more combinations of this.

The smallest sum is when the dice roll to 1 and 1. (The sum is 2) The largest sum is when the dice roll to 6 and 6. (The sum is 12) Every integer value in between is possible. So the set of possible sums is {2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12}

exactly, but if you want the chance of each one they are not equal as there is only one combination of 2 (1,1) yet 6 combinations of 7 (1,6) (2,5) (3,4) (4,3) (5,2) and (6,1) does that make sense?
