1) It is not possibe with the given inforamtion. We are left to spectulate what we THINK are exact values. It LOOKS like there is a trough at 0, pi/12, and pi/6, but IS there? It's just not perfectly clear. It LOOKS like the range it [-0.6,+0.6], but IS it? It's just not clear.
2) Peak at x = 0. This calls for a cosine with NO phase shift.
y = ___ cos(___x)
Amplitude = 0.6
y = 0.6*cos(___x)
Period: pi/12 ==> 2pi/Something = pi/12 ==> Something = 24
y = 0.6*cos(24x)
