I'd give this link a shot if you don't understand what I'm saying; I am a little rusty on vector angles: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100723122335AAgqZ22 It seems that there are a number of ways to answer this. The simplest, You can pick up your answer directly, V=[7cos(135),7sin(135)] with 7 being magnitude and 135 being your angle. What your equation is telling you, is that you have a vector V. This vector has an intensity, or magnitude, of 7...units. It also is equally distributed in terms of angle, across the x or cosine, and y or sine.
