OpenStudy (firejay5):

When graphing the Graphing Rational Functions, the y -int is (0,0), but if it asks for zeros for the problem would (0,0) be one of the zeros????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

definitely.... zeros of a function refer to the x-intercepts (any point on the x-axis has its y-coordinate of zero). I'd say that qualifies (0, 0) as a x-intercept...

OpenStudy (mertsj):

If the point is on the x axis, it is an x intercept.

OpenStudy (firejay5):

@Mertsj So yes

OpenStudy (mertsj):

yes
