PLZ HELP I AM GIVING AWAY AN MEDAL FOR THE BEST ANSWER :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The probability for him to choose a $1 bill is 4/9 and the probability of him choosing a $5 bill is 3/9. Do you understand so far?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

KIND OF :/ BUT YEA

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the $1 bill doesn't get put back once it is taken out, right ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um.. yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So wouldn't the $5 bill be 3/8 ? @hedyeh99

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The $1 bill is 4/9. I am not sure about the $5 bill.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok question how do you get 4/9 from a $1bill ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There is 4 one dollar bills. You put that over the total number of bills. Do you understand ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok yes i understand now

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But I am confused about the $5 bill because one bill is missing, so that makes the total number of bills 8 instead of nine. But I am not sure ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
