help!!!!!!!! asap What is the slope of the line through the points (5, 2) and (5, -3)? b) Describe the line through these points

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is no slope, because the \(x\) values are the same for both points, you have a vertical line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

btw "no slope" is not the same as "slope is zero" it means the slope of the line is not defined

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And to expand on what satellite said, the slope is "not defined" because slope is rise/run, or change in y / change in x, so since x remains at 5, then the slope is dy/0, and since you cannot divide by zero, the slope is undefined.
