Two similar solid have a scale factor of 3:5.If the height of solid I is 3cm, find the height of solid II If the surface area of I is 54pi. cm^2,find the surface area of II If the volume of II is 250pi. cm^3,find the volume of I If the ratio of the volumes of two similar solids is 8:125, then what is the ratio of their surface areas
@jhonyy9
@jhonyy9 does this help??
so there is a scale factoe of 3,5 i think this will help you understanding and how you need to calculi the needed ok ?
factor
so this mean that if the samler has a height of 1 than the second has a height of 3,5 *1 ok ?
one second example so if the smaler has a side of 2 so the second will have a side with 3,5 time greater,longer so than what will be 3,5*2 =7 hope that this will make you understanding
so the height is 7
???
no this was an example
you need calculi it
so would I tbe 5*3=15=hight of solid II
so if the height of sol. 1 = 3 than the height of sol. 2 will be 3*the factor scalar
9/15?? lik this
no how many is 3*3,5= ?
I don't understand what you mean do I take 3*3=9 and 3*5=15??
no how many is 3*35=?
1155
no sorry you need learning multiplie 3*3,5 ----- 5*3=15 3*3=9 ------------- assum term by term ,down to 5 is nothing,zero so than willbe assumedby 0 105 but there not is 3*35 there is 3*3,5 so this mean that will be not 105 because there is a decimal virgule than will be right 10,5 ok ?
sorry i need to go but i will be later but hope so much that these my examples will help you solving this exercise sure easy right
ok I shude be an all day and nighth so whenever works thatnks so far If I have questions ill ask
ok bye
