Which part of the plot structure is best described as “the moment of truth.”

I can explain this with an example. In Julius Caeser, the moment of truth was when he was assassinated with daggers at the foot of Pompeii.

Basically, it is that one time, when the entire turn of events, as to their reason becomes clear. It is when setting unfolds and reveals the message. It is that one part of literary piece which hits the reader (and, at times, the protagonist) like a freight train at the back of their head. In Sherlock Holmes, the moment of truth (I'm referring to Irene case, here), it is when she writes the letter to him, revealing how she outsmarted him. Moment of truth, is basically unfurling of events.
