OpenStudy (frostbite):

Depending on what books you read some may say different. But I like to say the first phase is the phase the word "before" in Latin in front of phase.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks

OpenStudy (frostbite):

Which one is it then? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i believe prophase? not 100% though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah @KeganMoore is right lol like always lol

OpenStudy (frostbite):

Stick to that.

OpenStudy (frostbite):

Pro in Latin means before :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If i didn't know latin i wouldn't have understood you @Frostbite lol

OpenStudy (frostbite):

well good it is not Latin :P I think it is Greek when I come to think about it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol i have no idea all i speak is english even tho im spanish. long story

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't remember the latin word, but i have latin 1-5 books at my house and pro is a latin statement

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hey kegan do you speak spanish??

OpenStudy (frostbite):

In biology we just like to use Latin or Greek... like "pro" meaning "before" and "post" meaning "after"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Primitus is first in latin! Protos is first in Greek! Close resemblence to todays readers... @Frostbite
