Since the equation is already solved for y, you want to make a table where you can plug in values for your x-term and solve the new equation to get your y-values. The table should look similar to this and I'll give you a couple solved ones for an example and head start :) (x) | (y) -2 | 8 because y=-3(-2)+2 0 | 2 because y=-3(0)+2 3 | -7 because y=-3(3)+2 When graphing you typically want to use 3 or more points just to make sure the line is traveling in the direction you believe it is. This is also a good habit to get into for later math classes you'll take. Once you have something similar to the table above, graphing is as easy as using your pre-determined x-value and your new-found y-value. Referencing the table you'd make a point at (-2,8), (0,2) and (3,-7) hope it helps
