Use the GCF of the terms to write the expression as the product of two factors with integer coefficients. -2x3 - 4x2 + 4x A. x(-2x2 - 4x + 4) B. -2x(x2 + 2x - 2) C. x(-2x2 + 2x - 2) D. -2x(-2x2 + 2x - 2)

For the numbers and variables x...think about whether you can simplify it by taking out something from each term that would work for all of them

I got A wrong. so im guessing it is D?

The answer is B. To make your calculation easier, you can always factor out the (-1) first and make your equation looks nicer. Then notice that the common factor of this question is 2 and x. So take both of them out and put together with the (-1). Now you have (-2x) as a factor. Then you can find out the remaining term is (x^2+2x-2)

I know. sorry. thank you tho. :)
