I got the answer by taking $3.82 and subtracting .043 from that I then got $3.77.
The answer is supposed to be $3.66 though.. ?

to get 1% you move the decimal twice = 0.038 cents
to get 0.1 you move teh decimal three times = 0.0038

so 4.3 is 4 times 1% and 3 times 0.1% =
