Radian measure of angles: Okay, so the related angle of 584 degrees is 45 degrees but what I don't understand is why it's in the third quadrant. I have all positive values

OpenStudy (amistre64):

what is 584/360?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1.62

OpenStudy (amistre64):

subtract the 1, and we are left with a percentage, or part of, the circle .62222222 * 360 = 224 as the actual angle

OpenStudy (amistre64):

is 224 in the Q3?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

its bigger than 180, and less than 270; so Q3 is it in my book

OpenStudy (anonymous):

45 is q3

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the actual angle is not "45". it is 224

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The book left that prt out lol
