Question

Hi all, when are we supposed to work at our assignments..i mean ,after listening to which lecture assignment 1 should be completed ? and so on...

If you read the session overview for the lectures, it will tell you when the assignments were handed out and collected.

Unfortunately, you have to download the problem sets on the page for the session during which they were collected, I'm not sure why they chose to do it that way.

For example, if you read
http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-00sc-introduction-to-computer-science-and-programming-spring-2011/unit-1/lecture-6-recursion/
You will see that they collected ps2 and handed out ps3.

The calendar is posted for that class. It lists the lectures, when homework is passed out, and due. Check it here:

You may be able to save yourself a bit of hassle by downloading the zip file containing all of the course materials (the code bits, handouts, problem sets, etc. in "one fell swoop," as it were). In the case of 6.00 SC, I've found this to be much more convenient than clicking through to get the problem sets from the individual lectures' web pages.
