Find the sine of both angle A and angle B. http://roads.advancedacademics.com/contentserver/content/roadssection/279559/questions/assessments/r-trigonometricratiosshortanswerquiz/geometry_8.2.11_quiz_final_2q.gif I believe the answer is sin A = 5/12; sin B = 12/5 in a comment I'll write how I got that, could someone correct me if I am wrong? thanks! here are the other possible answers - A. sin A = 5/13; sin B = 12/13 B. sin A = 12/13; sin B = 5/13 C. sin A = 5/12; sin B = 12/5 D. sin A = 13/5; sin B = 13/12

\[\sin A = \frac{ opposite }{ hypotenuse } = \frac{ 10 }{ 24 } \div 2 = \frac{ 5 }{ 12 }\] \[\sin B \frac{ opposite }{ hypotenuse } = \frac{ 24 }{ 10 } \div 2 = \frac{ 12 }{ 5 }\] thanks to anyone who can help me out! :)

@jazzeejess The hypotenuse is always the longest side. The length of hypotenuse is 26 cm. Please correct it accordingly. :)

@luckythebest thanks for that. So the answer would be sin A = 12/13; sin B = 5/13? Correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just the reverse. Sin B = 12/13 and sin A = 5/13. Sin A= CB/AB, Sin B = AC/AB.
