P(number ≥ 3) 4/6 1/6 2/6 5/6
Something tells me that this question is a bit incomplete. Isn't it?
thats the whole question
OpenStudy is very laggy/buggy for me today, I did not mean to cause any confusion. But the only thing I see is P(number greater or equal to 3) if P actually denotes a probability, then I believe that there should be more informations.
mope its only p (number > 3)
op wait A number cube with the numbers 1 through 6 is rolled. Find the given probability.
that might help hehe
how many numbers equal or higher than 3 are there on a dice :P
well theres 4 5 and 6 so 3 are higher than it
3 also counts so you have 3,4,5,6. there are 6 numbers total. so the change that you'll get a number ≥ 3 =?
4 i think
4 out of 6 yea. so 4/6 :)
ok thx hey can you help em with one more?
sure
P(complement of 4) 1/6 5/6 2/6 4/6
im pretty sure it come with A number cube with the numbers 1 through 6 is rolled. Find the given probability
@thomaster
completement of x is something that is outside of x (so not 4) if i remember correctly How many numbers out of the 6 are not 4
well 5 are
so 5/6
yep
thx baiiii
