To FACTOR completely, you just take out the greatest common factor, which in this case is a 3. You also take out an x, since all the terms have at least one x. You took out a 3 and an x, so the correct answer is 3x(2x^3 + 5x - 6). HOWEVER, if you want to solve the problem, you will need to find the possible rational roots and plug them in.
