OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got 1,931.37 but not sure if it corect :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would help youu but im not good at this :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

aww thats fine :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@skinny23

OpenStudy (anonymous):

719.23 units?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not sure i used thats one calculater and gave me that wierd answer :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use this calculator http://www.math-prof.com/AreaVolume/Hexagon.aspx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol thats the one i used :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what did you type in for the side length?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

20 :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try it again cuz i got 1,039.23.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah i got the same thing :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then you have to multiply 16*20 and you get 320 then you subtract 1,039.23-320 and thats your answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oohhhhh i c :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got 719.23 :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hahahaa lol true :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

any other questions?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for got to round lol :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im going to check :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when i look for the perimeter i add all sides right:P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is 62 my answer ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just plain units right :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i go this one wrong idk why :P: What is the area of the polygon given below?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im guessin 59?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait that was the wrong picture sorry :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its fine lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its this one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

90

OpenStudy (anonymous):

units

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how did you get that though :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first you mutiply 5*6 which is 30 then you multiply 10*6 which is 60 then you add them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhhh thanks ^.^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

np

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol it 120 sq units :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nevermind i see what i did wrong...sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what whats it :P lol is oh :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i was supposed to multiply 15*6 not 10 lol then add 30 to it...thats how you get 120

OpenStudy (anonymous):
