60 is not the answer because in the first quadrant, all trigonometric functions yield positive values.... Only in the 2nd and 3rd quadrant does cosine function yield negative values..

How you get a degree into radian for is to multiply the degree by \[\pi \div180\]

So 60 degrees in radians would be \[60*\frac{ \pi }{ 180 }\]
