Ok so im trying to solve the slope of the line 3x-2y=3 I started off by putting it in slope intercept -2y=-3x+3 y=3/2x-3/2 Am I right so far?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes. it is correct so far.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, the slope's 2/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it 2/3 or 3/2 im confused

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its 3/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3/2 sorry!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks guys

OpenStudy (precal):

y=mx+b m is the slope and b is your y intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

isnt it -3/2 or can you not have negative slope?

OpenStudy (precal):

in this case it is a positive slope, negative over negative is positive
