If you're wondering how I graphed it -9 and +9 are the y-intercepts so you start you line there. For the first one the slope is 3/2 Which means started at (0,-9) go up 3 and to the right 2 to find the next point on the line. After you think you've made enough dots that way. Start at (0,-9) again and now go down 3 and to the left 2. Then connect the dots in a straight line. For the second one Start your graph at (0,9) and go down 3 and to the left 1 to find the next point on the line. After you think you've made enough dots that way. Start (0,9) again and go up 3 units and to the left 1. Then connect the dots in a straight line. Wherever the lines meet is the solution!
