Find f ’(2) given that f(x) = 2g(x) + h(x), g(2) = 3, g ’(2) = -2, h(2) = -1, and h’(2) = 4.

It's just the derivatives. Ignore the values of the functions. If f(x) is twice g(x) plus h(x), the derivative will follow the same pattern. If this were not a linear equation, you'd have to take chained derivatives.
