Do you know the meaning of polynomial?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

"Polynomials" "A polynomial can have constants, variables and exponents, but never division by a variable." From http://www.mathsisfun.com/algebra/polynomials.html So \(a^2b - ab + 2\) is a polynomial, but \(\frac{a^2}{b} - ab + 2\) would not be one.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

That part make sense?
