12 on a pair of dice can only happen one way: {6,6}. Therefore, it's a 1/36 chance, so we should expect it to happen about 1000/36 times (I leave the simplification to you). "no heads appear" can only happen {T,T,T}, while "exactly one head appears" can happen {T,T,H}, {T,H,T}, or {H,T,T}, which is not the same number of possible outcomes which satisfy the conditions.
