the outcome of the supreme court case: plessy v. ferguson was that separate but equal facilities did not violate the COnstitutiton plessy v. ferguson was that separate but equal facilities were violations of the constitution brown v. board of education was that former slaves had a right to petition to court system. brown v. board of education was that former slaves had no right to petition to court system.
