Think about things that add a bias. A company is going to promote their products. People on Wikipedia have slanted their opinions. Even testing organizations and review places have been shown to have favoratisim in their results. The less they have testable, verifyable sources, the worse it gets. And those sources can also be suspect. For example, of all the things that have been researched, the vast majority have been disproved. If we limit the list of research to just the last 50 years, about half the items discovered were later proven wrong. http://reason.com/archives/2012/12/24/half-the-facts-you-know-are-probably-wro So you have to be very carful to get the latest information, look for independent verification, and be at least a little sceptical of everything.
