I can't decide, at least 3 of them are actually almost true... But if I need to pick one as the best, it would be that Chordates evolved from a common invertebrate ancestor and evolved into aquatic chordates (that would undergo a series of adaptations and eventually move to terrestrial habitats.) because this describes best the general hierarchy of Evolutionary process.
