I think your answer is wrong. The data and the numbers are the same in both graphs. The only difference is that the first graph didn't distort the lengths of the bars which makes the two graphs look different. So A is the true statement....

But if u do look at the graphs closely u can notice a different at the graph look i circled it.

Yes, that's what makes the graphs look different. The first one went up with intervals of 10, and the second one started at 40 and went up by 1's. But the data of the bars are the same. The number of people who got A's is the same in both graphs. If that was different, then your answer would be right, but that stayed the same. The second graph only looks like the numbers are completely different until you look at the scale, and see that the only different thing is that the lengths of the bars are distorted from the first.
