Okay guys refresh my memory quick and easy how do you do something like this: 2m2 + 13m + 15

OpenStudy (ja1):

\[2m² + 13m + 15\]

OpenStudy (ja1):

Come on guys this is an easy medal but I only want answers that come from you, no internet searching and I want the method not the answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am not sure,JA,sorry.

OpenStudy (ja1):

aw' rats :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

LOL. I am not really sure what you're asking, either.

OpenStudy (ja1):

xD i just need to know how to factor trinomials, i learned it but it was a while back.

OpenStudy (ja1):

@abb0t

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh,trinomials. They haven't taught me those yet.

OpenStudy (ja1):

good thing is these questions are boosting my engagement score :D im hoping abb0t gets here, he's like a genius xD

OpenStudy (ja1):

ooh i know, @Ashleyisakitty

OpenStudy (ashleyisakitty):

Simplifying 2m2 + 13m + 15 Reorder the terms: 15 + 13m + 2m2 Factor a trinomial. (5 + m)(3 + 2m) Final result: (5 + m)(3 + 2m)

OpenStudy (ja1):

ah ok i see, thats actualy a much faster way to do tings, btw this is not prime right?

OpenStudy (ashleyisakitty):

i dont think so... perhaps if it was (6+m)(3+2m) it would have been but i dont think its a prime

OpenStudy (ja1):

ah ok thank you :)
