Why does the ozone generated by man not drift to the polar to fill the ozone hole?

The answer to that is simple, it would cost to much money. You would need to produce around 60 million tons of ozone and on top of that you need to transport it 8 miles up to the stratosphere, way too much work and also dangerous since ozone is very harmfull stuff. When we stop using CFC's the ozone layer will heal itself.
and along with that it is difficult to tell where exactly the hole has been created the probalbity of finding hole in the atmosphere will be more difficult
