I need help on the Virginia Plan, if anyone is willing to help

OpenStudy (goldphenoix):

The Virginia Plan is representation for the New Legislature that is based off of population. (Which would favor larger states) Written by John Madison.

My question, or rather paper, is this: Claim: Defend the following claim: The Virginia Plan gave too much power to the national government. Support this claim with primary and secondary sources. Be sure to find information from both sides

OpenStudy (goldphenoix):

Both sides as in Virginia Plan and the New Jersey Plan?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, only the virginnia plan

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just please give me three reasons why the virginina plan gives too much power to the national government

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you have some?

OpenStudy (goldphenoix):

1. It gave power to the national government that had been missing from the Articles of Confederation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

One reason that I have is that it is makng the states strive for more power

OpenStudy (goldphenoix):
