do you know how to convert that into decimal degrees? there are 60 minutes in 1 degree, and 60 seconds in 1 minute

yes i think i do know how to convert it to decimal degrees its like 54+40/60 right?

\(54^\circ40' = 54^\circ+(\frac{40}{60})^\circ\)
