what stops a filibuster?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A filibuster can be stopped by a process called cloture. First you have to wait two days after the filibuster started. Then, 16 signatures of Senate members have to be presented to invoke a cloture. After that, you have to wait another two days to vote on the cloture, hoping to secure the votes of three fifths of the entire Senate. It if passes, the person speaking can do so for another 30 hours.
