“Thou hast an house on high erect . . .” means that? a) one should dwell upon the good things in life b) God has prepared an eternal dwelling place for all believers c) whatever is destroyed can soon be rebuilt
Its C,i think.
That's what I was thinking, but like I said I'm not entirely sure.
Check..?
It's not C, so in that case I think it's A.
Lol. -_-
Nope.. it's B. Thanks for trying! :D
The answer is B. If you are doing religious studies that is the proper answer. Otherwise depending on your text it is A. If it is religious it is B because High erect means Heaven. It is our way of speaking of heaven as the bible talks about the "Heavens" as the sky and also talks about "Heaven" as the place where Christians go upon dieing in Christ. If it is just a class in school that is non Christian depending on the context it would be A. As the high erect in this case would stand for all the good things and the house would stand for your life. It depends where the quote comes from.
Thou hast a house on high erect(Heaven) Fram'd by that mighty Architect(God), With glory richly furnished(The glory of God) Stands permanent, though this be fled.(Talking about eternity as the bible talks about spending eternity with the lord in heaven.) It's purchased and paid for too(The death and rising of Jesus)
It is in fact Religious so it IS IN FACT B!
