Someone who likes math/algebra please do these for me! 3. 5x+3y=24 x-3y= -24 4. -4x+24=20 2x-4y= -40

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do u just want answers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i need the work mainly @physicsboffin

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait a moment

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tnx sooo much

OpenStudy (anonymous):

np

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@callie2240 @ganeshie8 u all culd work together

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@RadEn @GoldPhenoix

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its all basically the same method....why dont u try them and ill check ur answers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the best thing to do is only use one of them from each and substitue

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you will never learn this way

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not in algebra.. this is just a review..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't get why people go on this website if their not gonna help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

like cmonn, no math loves here? y u even on math then

OpenStudy (anonymous):

HELP! NOT DO ALL THE WORK FOR SOMEONE! AND THEN GIVE OUT THE ANSWER(S)!!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

we are here to guide the user! not do all the work for him/her!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@some_someone .....i was not giving just answers i also included the method

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@an12345 just follow @physicsboffin's method... you are always just trying to solve by substitution or elimination to isolate one of the variables in one of the given equations. once u find the value of one of the variables, sub that value into the other equation to solve for the OTHER missing variable, and voila! you have your answers haha :P then you can check to see if you're right by plugging in those values in their respective variables. If both equations work when those values are subbed in, then there you go! you have your answer :) so that's sort of an explanation via words haha but @physicsboffin showed u exactly how to do it by showing work :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well it would have helped alot more if you went step-by-step and guide the user....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@physicsboffin good job though :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@some_someone .....maths is tough for some people....not everyone finds it easy....so i kinda feel bad if i leave them to suffer...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@an12345 just post them one by one and people can explain each one to you more thoroughly :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5x+3y= 4 2x+4y= -18

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well you closed this question... so make a new one with your question :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think that would work better, like @some_someone said :)
