oh i know what its made of,... its kinda gross :/ so i don't eat it anymore... but if i want, i use agar agar base (it's like seaweed stuff or something haha no gross stuff inside!) and make jello-like stuff.. but i usually want something creamy :) or chocolatey :P haha and gelatin is kinda the same too :/ eww :/
