I need help with matching. Side One Reading Directions Scanning the Test Planning Your Time Reading the Questions Making Educated Guesses Avoiding Careless Errors

A) Marco looks over the entire exam. He assesses the difficulty of each section and makes a quick note in the margin. He also takes note of the point values for each question in each section.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

B) After he completes an exam, Marco goes back over the directions, the difficult questions, and his answers. He makes sure all of his answers are legible and placed in the right location in the answer sheet. C) Marco looks at the number of the exam questions and the time limit he has to complete the exam. Then he makes a schedule in his head for about how long he should spend on each question. While he's answering the questions, he glances at the clock to make sure he's moving at a good pace. D) When Marco doesn't know the correct answer, he uses the process of elimination to cross out the wrong options first. He looks for clues in the grammar between the question and the answers. If he still doesn't know the answer, he doesn't stress about it. He circles the question so that he can come back to it later. E) The first thing Marco does when he gets an exam is to write down a timeline of the time period on which he is about to be tested. This helps him match up the names of important people and places with specific dates in history.

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

well...avoiding careless errors is B planning your time is C making educated guesses is D scanning the test is A I am kind of stuck on E.....it also looks like it can be " planning you time " ....but you probably can't use answers more then once, can you ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No sir:/

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

sir....lol.....I'm a girl. I am not sure about E. I am going to guess that it is " reading the questions ". I do not believe that " reading directions " is even used. Look at my answers and see if you agree or disagree. The reason being, is your the one that is going to be getting the grade, not me. So you need to be satisfied with the answers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What about E F and G :]?

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

There is no F and G. Did you forget to post them ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

E) The first thing Marco does when he gets an exam is to write down a timeline of the time period on which he is about to be tested. This helps him match up the names of important people and places with specific dates in history. F) Marco always reads sample questions and answers at the beginning of each section. If they seem like they are going to be complicated, he breaks them down into smaller parts so that he can be sure he understands the individual parts first. G) Marco always asks the instructor how the exam will be scored and how to fill out the answer sheet. He wants to be sure he understands the procedure of the exam before he begins.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

G is reading directions. F is reading the questions. E, I believe is also planning your time. One answer will be used more then once, because there is 6 matching terms and 7 answer choices.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I forgot to put Memory dumping

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

What do you think...do you agree with my answers. It will be your grade, so make sure you agree with them. If not, put what you think. It is your grade.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i like it so far.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I forgot to put memory dumping

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

Up above, in the matching terms, you put " side one ". What is that for ? Is that a matching term ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NOOO ... I forgot to put Memory dumping as one of the terms

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I am going to change E to memory dumping. What do you think ? He is dumping his memory except for that time period. Does that make sense ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes it does..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks I got 100 percent.

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

These are my final answers : scanning the test -- A avoiding careless errors -- B planning your time -- C making educated guesses -- D memory dumping -- E reading the questions -- F reading directions -- G

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I did the best I could, and if this was my assignment, these are the answers I would put :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks.. Is there a way to reward you or something .

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

You just did by thanking me :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Was this question ever resolved? I put in the answers and didnt get it correct? Can someone help me please @Luigi0210 @bibby

OpenStudy (bibby):

Putting in the answers doesn't mean jack. They probably changed the answer choices around. At least put some effort into cheating

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@bibby I matched the answers with what I had on my assessment and it still was not correct. I asked for help because i did not understand it. Don't have to be rude because I wasn't cheating

OpenStudy (bibby):

sorry @brittanyflvs . I don't know what the issue is. Clearly something is up if the other person got 100% and you didn't get it right. Dunno, sorry

i just took this and got 21 out of 21 points.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 0 percent...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If anyone needs help, I got an 100%. Just take a screenshot of page 4 of that lesson, or have 2 tabs, one of the lesson and one of the test. (make two tabs of the lesson, and on one go on the test.) This quiz was super easy because the questions were in the same order as the vocab on the interactive. Look at the interactive. THAT IS THE ORDER THAT THE MATCHING GOES.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For anyone who needs this for a future reference or whatever heres all the right answers I got 100% on my test thanks to @cupcake111 !!
