OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i can only give you that information due to you not giving me enough information

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the opp is 5 and the adjacent is 13 but i dont know how to do sin cos or tan

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhh. i dont know sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm trying to find the sin of angle A.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

0.00671275 ? this is what i got on my calculator this what i inputted in my calculator \[\sin (5/13)\]

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

13 is not the "adjacent" side. Whenever you have a right triangle, the longest side is ALWAYS the hypotenuse

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

and remember sin = opposite / hypotenuse

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Now, you're trying to find sin(A) and you know that sine is "opp/hyp" Which side is 'opposite' to A? Which side is 'adjacent' to A? And finally, which is the hypotenuse...

oh okay thanks guys! :)
