All of the above. Literally all of those affected post-WWI Germany. The Treaty of Versailles effectively placed the blame on Germany, made it lose territories, pay hefty sums of money; the League of Nations made them demilitarize; the Great Depression further crippled the economy.

Yes. These were all contributing factors to the atmosphere which resulted in the rise of Adolf Hitler.
