lower limit for the function f(x)=x^5-3x3+24?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[f'(x)=5x^{4}-9x^{2}\]Find the 0s of this function, which will give you the critical points of your original equation. Then check to see which ones are negative on the left and positive on the right. This will give you the local minima.

it has an odd degree (5) so there isn't any

Do you have an interval @gracecrawford

@FutureMathProfessor no i do not

Then it is as satellite73 said. If you look at a graph of the function, as x goes to negative infinity, the function also goes to negative infinity.
