if you have finished high school with college prep track and with 3.75 GPa and what will be our next destination undergraduate or postgraduate

Not exactly computer science... but I don't see a general section for education... In general, the order of education is:

Primary
Secondary
Undergrad
Graduate
Post-Graduate Studies

We call Primary and Secondary K-12 in the USA. Undergrad is split into Lower and Upper divisions, with Lower being the first two years, which is covered by both 2 year and 4 year schools. Graduate is also split. There is the Master and Doctoral levels. In many fields, the Doctoral is the Post-Graduate Studies for a Master's Degree.

If you want the fastest track to a Master's, it is a combined Bachelor’s/Master's where you get two degrees at the same time, rather than one than the other.

i heard somewhere that we directly acquire bachelor if we have taken CP track highschool program and passed it with honours i also what to ask that is the college that is of 4yrs is the one that helps us to acquire bachelors degree

Yes, 4 years of college is for a bachelor's degree.

There are differences depending on where you take your secondary education. I have heard about a contrast between the American and British systems. The British one has higher standards before getting into college, and then skips many general education classes. They expect people to do those in high school or simply not go to college. I don't know if they offer other options for getting in.

Honors classes generally lead to college credit. An exam is normally required either at the college or by a test provider. Some colleges do not give AP credit, but let people test out of basic classes and go onto the advanced topics more rapidly. Depending on how people test out, they may still need to pick up enough credits to get their degree. Challenging a class gives credit, but taking a placement exam does not.

Have you applied to schools yet? They have similar requirements, but every school has their own set of steps for getting honors to transfer into something.

Yah. Look at the college handbook and web site for each place you are interested in. There is a lot of good info you can get, but sometimes it takes a little digging. For example, I looked at a Tennessee school for someone because it is listed as having a veterinary program. Took me an hour to find any references to this on their site and I finally did so through Google searches! In contrast, other places I have found a list of degrees in like 2 minutes.
