what about the prime factor of 25

OpenStudy (loser66):

to find out the prime factor of a number, you divide that number by primes, start at 2, 3, 5,7,11...so on if the number cannot be divided by 2, skip it. for example: 25 cannot be divided by 2, skip2 25 cannot be divided by 3, skip 3 25 is divided by5 , take it, 5|25 = 5 and 5 is a prime, then prime factor of 25 is 5^2
