@rizwan_uet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is problem where you have to show your limit graphically

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-∞ ; x = 6 -∞ ; x = -6 ∞ ; x = -6 1 ; no vertical asymptotes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It doesnt have a graph for this one :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok then let me see you choices

OpenStudy (anonymous):

those up there

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-∞ ; x = 6 -∞ ; x = -6 ∞ ; x = -6 1 ; no vertical asymptotes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it's b. negative infinity x= -6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-∞ ; x = 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

explain? why positive? stumped

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you know the small negative sign doesnot mean that you have to put x = -6 it means you have to approach 6 from left hand side

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=plot+y+%3D+1%2F%28x-6%29 see this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ahhh okay i see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay. thanks man. You too Jhanny

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your graph is incorrect @Jhannybean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Another one but can i try it? Find the indicated limit, if it exists.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok try it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

10(0) + 2 = 2 |2 - (0)| = 2 They are equal so the answer is 2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wrong attachment!

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

sorry,you're right, i didn't put parenthesis. -_-|dw:1371929049557:dw|
