OpenStudy (dls):

How do i plot y=pi-x on graph?

OpenStudy (dls):

@dan815

OpenStudy (dls):

y=-x+pi m=-1?

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Seriously? For someone who's consistently been posting calculus questions (many of which are too difficult for comfort), this is strange :D

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Anyway, just graph y = -x (the line through the origin, with a slope m = -1) and then translate it pi units up

OpenStudy (dls):

i am just guessing slope is -1 and constant C xD

Parth (parthkohli):

How. How. How does DLS not know it.

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Troll :3

Parth (parthkohli):

\(\pi\) is the y-intercept and \(-1\) is the slope.

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Nonetheless, legit maths question. |dw:1372072744821:dw|

OpenStudy (dls):

seems legit,this is what I thought slope -1 and y intercept pi :D

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Troll :/

OpenStudy (dls):

lol,sorry too much silence on OS,everyone is just "looking around"

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

lol @missMob I already drew a better cartesian plane for your convenience :P|dw:1372072884759:dw|

OpenStudy (dls):

lol
