Give an example of a rational function that has a horizontal asymptote at y = 0 and a vertical asymptote at, x = 2 and x = 1.

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

vertical asymptotes occur when denominator is zero \[\rightarrow \frac{A}{(x-2)(x-1)}\] the horizontal is y=0 when the higher exponent is in the denominator since there is an "x^2" in denominator...the numerator must be a constant or linear

Oh okay, thanks! I understand!
